Core Systems has been a major supplier of plastic components to the home appliance industry for more than 25 years. Core has particular expertise in the design and manufacture of components for laundry, dishwasher, range, refrigeration, freezer and air conditioner applications. Core’s engineering staff is uniquely equipped to evaluate existing designs and offer recommendations to improve functionality, appearance and reduce costs of existing components and those being designed for new products. Core Systems is geographically located near major OEM appliance assembly plants in the Midwest.

Some components manufactured for appliance OEM’s include see-though dryer door assemblies, lint screens, dryer drum roller wheels, dryer racks, washer and dryer control consoles, and dryer blower housings. Core manufactures a variety of dishwasher basket assemblies and has a niche of molding filtration products.

Core Systems manufactures components for small household appliance OEM’s. Core has an in-depth knowledge of various material applications, UL requirements and has experience making products that require meticulous attention to product cosmetic appearance and color. Core’s small appliance customers market high end small appliances to consumers who are looking for long lasting, high quality products.

Core Systems’ small household appliance OEM customers are producers of primarily kitchen and floor care products. Core produces blender and hand mixers bodies and components, internal gears, brush and dowel assemblies, vacuum cleaner housing assemblies and various appliance attachments.
